Personal Information We Collect
WBQ collects the following personal data about you:
Contact and account information. The personal details provided when users sign up to create an account to receive services on the sites. This includes user’s first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, occupation, user identification number and password.
Information about user transactions. The information provided when users wish to purchase, sell or trade products, or engage in other transactions made available through the service. This includes first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, payment information, images of products associated with the transaction, and product preferences.
Information Provided in SMS chats. To serve users better, we make available instant customer service messaging tools for communicate with customers. Any personal information provided via this medium will be collected and stored.
Information provided by telephone. We have customer service agents available to speak with customers 24/7. Calls may be recorded and any personal information, including payment information, provided over the telephone will be collected and stored.
Information provided to third parties. We collect personal information about our users from third party platforms that document users’ experience with our Service, such as product reviews and customer surveys.
Recruitment information. If you apply for a job with us, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you or making you a job offer (if you make it through the selection process). By submitting your employment application to us, you give us your consent to process your personal information for a period of two years from the date that you submitted your documents to us in order to consider you for a different opportunity.
